In The End, Everything Will Be Fine, Whatever Happens
In the end, everything will be fine. Whatever reality you are going through, trust. At some point calm will return and everything will find that proper balance in which thoughts, body and heart find well-being.
You might find it hard to believe it right now, but we humans have forces of sleep that act as true allies when we need them most.
Maybe you feel like you have overconfidence in life when you tell yourself that everything will be fine …? The answer is no.
As deafblind writer and activist Hellen Keller said, without optimism, any achievement is impossible. Without these small doses of internal positivity, confidence and hope do not ignite. It is therefore essential to nurture the idea that tomorrow will be better than today.
Positive psychology, for example, today emphasizes the classic skills and behaviors that allow us to be happy. Psychologists like Itai Ivtzan and Tim Lomas are currently leading this movement. They focus on a series of skills that should accompany us in times of crisis.
As Viktor Frankl so aptly said, when we cannot change a situation, the only way out is to change ourselves. This transformational process is what allows us to add planks to this bridge that will allow us to create a future where all will be well.
Even if what I want doesn’t happen, in the end everything will be fine
Most patients who undergo psychological therapy feel that nothing in their life is going well. We humans sometimes reach a point where we don’t see a single light in the tunnel. These are situations where the depression filter, for example, sifts through every existential area.
It is not easy to accompany these patients in this transit where they will eventually discover strengths in themselves and the capacity to make changes to let the light enter their reality again.
Nothing is ever all black or all white. Nothing is completely bad or perfect. Most of the time, we are moving on a shaded gray scale. We are half making our dreams come true. Love isn’t perfect, but it’s worth it. A job is hardly ever what we expected, but it rewards us.
Even if what we aspire to does not happen, in the end everything is fine. It’s just a matter of attitude : accepting evil and appreciating the good, boldly navigate the gray color while fighting for what we want.
Everything will be fine, cause I won’t give up
Everything will be fine, because life does not allow us to give up. It’s as simple as that. Sometimes someone who faces a difficult situation is called a hero. The truth is, under these circumstances, there is no other option but to bite the bullet and face it.
Some will do better, others less well, but we’ve all been through times we weren’t prepared. And, even so, we succeed and excel.
Martin Seligman, a representative of positive psychology, points out that persistence is one of the most important psychological forces. It ultimately comes down to adopting an optimistic attitude and having self-confidence in order to cope a little better with the complications that life brings to us.
So, telling yourself at some point that “everything will be fine” is nothing more than a way to focus on yourself, to nurture your courage and willpower.
Circumstances change, but there are always people to lean on
Sometimes fate brings us changes. Some are light and some are more difficult. The best way to be sure that all will be well at the end of the road is to have the help of the right people.
It is vital to have someone to lean on, a shelter to protect against fear and who gives us energy when we lack strength and motivation. Sometimes we can’t do it alone. Knowing that we can speak to someone who can listen to us without judgment and who is willing to do anything for us is a comfort to our heart.
Plus, we have to admit that we all love to be told that everything will be fine. We like to be reassured and to receive affection in difficult times. This is how we end up giving the best of ourselves in all circumstances.
Because together we are bigger, we act with greater confidence, seeing a future where things improve, where finally the long-awaited calm and well-being arrives. Let us trust our resources and take care of this personal approach where optimism cannot be lacking: sooner or later everything will be fine.
